Product Description

PFBK46 is an economy, high tint strength black masterbatch based on LDPE containing high opacity carbon black. It is designed for use in jet black, high gloss injection molding items, sheets and pipes for general purpose. Not suitable for blowing film.

Range of Application

PFBK46 is designed for use in LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, PS and ABS.

Method of Usage

PFBK46 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer, avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage

1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging

PFBK46 is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
